Day 30 - 30 Day Challenge

The final task of this 30 Day Challenge is to make a decision, an absolute decision. This just means you are prepared to see something through to the end, no excuses, no exceptions.

This challenge has made me realise that so many of the decisions I have made have been half assed, sure they were full of big promises and coated in sliver, but honestly i had no commitment or real intention to follow through, clearly, this is why nothing ever came of them. I understand and to be honest I actually prefer the idea of NOT making a decision until I’m really ready and I know I will see it through.  Broken promises wear you down after a while and i think you loose faith in the integrity of your word and for me this is so destructive.

There is something very powerful about an absolute decision, after making one I feel quietly confident, self assured and peaceful because I now have certainty and I have to say, I love it.

Life was meant to be easy

I think my day ran smooth, I am feeling tired now, I think that’s about letting go and reaching the finish line of this challenge.

Change your reaction

I have done well with this today, except with one person I ran into today, they really shocked me with what they said, I couldn’t let it go, I kept thinking about them and judging them but in the end I remembered “people are your teachers” and was reminded about the importance of forgiveness.

Gratitude

1, To you in this challenge, for sticking with it, for getting through it, for your videos, sms’s and emails.  Thanks I couldn’t have done it with out you.

 I am my best friend

Yes and no I find it hard to be kind to myself when I no I’m in ego, I feel frustrated and even disappointed which clearly keeps me in ego.  Being easy on my self when im manky is going to be the true test of self love.  I do always come round and gee its lovely when you treat yourself well.

Life was meant to be easy

Today was mostly easy when Andy and I were “reacting” i was definitely pushing up hill but as soon as I let go it was back to easy street.

 Change your reaction

I struggled with this at one part of my day with Andrew of course, we both reacted and had to do lots of letting go to get through.  We did and seems we keep getting to new level of understanding.
