Day 31 - The impact of this challenge on me
Day 31 - The impact of this challenge on me
The final task of this 30 Day Challenge is to make a decision, an absolute decision. This just means you are prepared to see something through to the end, no excuses, no exceptions.
This challenge has made me realise that so many of the decisions I have made have been half assed, sure they were full of big promises and coated in sliver, but honestly i had no commitment or real intention to follow through, clearly, this is why nothing ever came of them. I understand and to be honest I actually prefer the idea of NOT making a decision until I’m really ready and I know I will see it through. Broken promises wear you down after a while and i think you loose faith in the integrity of your word and for me this is so destructive.
There is something very powerful about an absolute decision, after making one I feel quietly confident, self assured and peaceful because I now have certainty and I have to say, I love it.

Change your reaction
I have done well with this today, except with one person I ran into today, they really shocked me with what they said, I couldn’t let it go, I kept thinking about them and judging them but in the end I remembered “people are your teachers” and was reminded about the importance of forgiveness.
